NUBIGON offers a robust screenshot tool for capturing high-quality images of your scenes. The tool provides a variety of settings to customize the output, ensuring professional results.
Launch the Screenshot window from the sidebar.
Screenshot Settings
Image Size
- Width: Specify the width of the image in pixels.
- Height: Specify the height of the image in pixels.
- Maintain aspect ratio: Activate the link iconto preserve the aspect ratio when adjusting width or height.
Graphics Settings
- Point count: This controls the GPU memory used, thus determining the number of points rendered for the screenshot:
- Viewport: Matches the current viewport settings, ensuring the image reflects exactly what is displayed in the viewport.
- Low (4 GB): Suitable for devices with limited GPU memory, balancing performance and quality.
- Medium (8 GB): Provides enhanced quality with moderate GPU memory usage.
- High (12 GB): Offers high-quality rendering, ideal for detailed visuals.
- Custom: Customize GPU memory usage up to 24 GB to control the number of points rendered, allowing for tailored quality.
- No tiling: Select this to eliminate the tiling effect by rendering a sub-sampled point cloud. Note that this may slightly reduce quality, so use it cautiously.
- Supersampling: Enhance screenshot quality by rendering at a higher resolution and downscaling, minimizing aliasing and improving details.

- Use Supersampling for publication-quality images, especially for presentations or marketing materials.
