Hi

I downloaded your software 5.6.1 version on my PC, but we got a problem with Microsoft defender smartscreen rejecting install, could you let me know how to solve the install issue?

Hello Alex, there's no security concern here. You can simply click run anyway and install the software.

Hello Abdulrahman,
This issue is unrelated to MS Defender or specific to NUBIGON.
Please update your Windows and Graphics Card Driver.
This should resolve the issue.

Dear Nubigon team,


I downloaded the software to my computer and when I wanted to run it, I received a message with an error code with the following content:

NUBIGON.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dIl was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.


So please advise me what the problem is and how I can run the program.
