  • Why do you ask for a download link of my data in the ticket submission form?

  • Why do you ask for hardware specs?
    The hardware specs can considerably impact the performance and quality that NUBIGON can deliver. Knowing your hardware specs, particularly your dedicated video memory in GB, will help us address your issue more effectively.
