- Press File > Open Point Cloud(s)
- Select your point cloud file(s) and press Open.
- Then click OK to accept the default settings and start octree generation; that's it!
NUBIGON will subsequently generate a highly efficient data structure (octree) and complete background tasks for better visual quality and performance. Once the octree is ready, you can view and navigate your point cloud.
Octree generation only needs to be done once. You’ll be able to open any octree instantaneously regardless of data volume.
